Born in Scotland and raised in Ontario, Canada, Jim Dyet graduated from Moody Bible Institute as Class President in 1957.   He holds a B.A. degree in Religion from Houghton College, an M.A. in Theology, Th.D. in English Bible, and a D.Lit. from Louisiana Baptist University. He has also done graduate work at Indiana State University and The Denver Seminary.
